Description:

Bond is searching for a Product Manager to join our team and own the definition, development, and delivery of features and functionality that bring Bond’s security solutions to various enterprise industry verticals. You'll work closely with the company's senior management to help turn ambitious visions into detailed roadmaps and requirements, and then go deep with the engineering and design team to bring them into reality.

This role will balance tactical execution with strategic thinking, and will offer significant opportunities for impact and exposure across the company.

This role is open to 100% remote candidates.


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience working on technology products
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, design, or related field
  • 2+ years experience working cross-functionally (product design, engineering, QA) in an agile software development cycle
  • 2+ years experience working on a mobile application that drives high engagement among users and/or working on a web-based SaaS application for B2B end-users

What You'll Do:
  • Dive into the details to deeply understand business goals and user needs, working with a wide variety of stakeholders to help bring audacious visions into reality
  • Develop business requirements and user stories that break complicated goals into bite-sized chunks
  • Work closely with engineering and product design to ensure we deliver a quality product to market on time
  • Use a variety of data sources (quantitative and qualitative sources like analytics platforms and user interviews) to measure and understand the performance of our products and features, and using that to help Bond make data-driven decisions
