Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with Product Managers and direct manager to develop, present and implement portfolio business plans for multiple product lines. Responsibilities include management of pricing, supplier relationships, go-to-market strategies, product positioning, etc.
  • Establish the ability to win mind share with internal cross functional team members to identifying solutions based on data, building excitement and consensus to drive projects forward.
  • Create, execute and manage marketing programs to enhance the brand’s presence and status in the market. This includes Curaplex catalogs, online initiatives, advertising, sales force support materials, trade show marketing efforts, and sales activation programs.
  • Analyze and report on business developments, monitor market trends, identify issues and opportunities, and implement strategies to accelerate portfolio revenue growth.
  • Perform market research to uncover customer needs.
  • Work with Manufacturer Partners and internal teammates to develop cross-promotional activities.
  • Contribute to sales rep clinical training programs and product training.
  • Monitor the marketplace and competition, perform market and competitive analysis, and collaborate on adjusting marketing plans and initiatives accordingly.
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of multiple product lines.
  • Manage the development and distribution of all collateral materials.
  • Provide support for various departmental projects as directed by Senior Product Manager – Curaplex


Skills/Experience Required:
  • A minimum of one year of full-time experience in product, project, or program marketing strategy – upstream marketing.
  • Forecasting and financial planning/business case development.
  • Demonstrate positive energy and ability to collaborate in a face paced, cross-functional environment to effectively represent products/brands at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Solid communication skills, including the ability to articulate analysis, influence and communicate at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details with ability to manage multiple projects at once with low error rates and strong history of execution
  • Create, execute and manage marketing programs to enhance the organization’s presence and status in the market. This includes company catalogs, online initiatives, advertising, sales force support materials, trade show marketing efforts, and vendor marketing programs
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Suite and CRM with strong Excel analytic skills
  • Proven ability to successfully work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work remotely or in an office setting
  • Medical/Clinical expertise or prior healthcare experience preferred
