Job Description: The Wall Street Journal is seeking a passionate and detail- oriented associate producer to join the audio team, working primarily on its Future of Everything podcast. This podcast explores new advances in science and technology, and the possibilities they hold for society. The longform, narrative podcast is part of WSJ’s Future of Everything franchise, and involves collaborating with newsroom reporters, editors, video journalists and our Live Journalism team. Top candidates for this position will have a professional background in journalism, top-notch writing skills, and some experience producing in the studio and in the field. They will have a deep curiosity for the latest developments in science and technology, enjoy researching a diverse slate of complex topics and relish the opportunity to work on stories from start to finish. We hope to find someone excited to be part of our growing, collaborative audio team producing innovative storytelling with heart, humor and the highest journalistic standards.
