What is the role?

This position will work with key business partners, developers, vendors, and security engineers to help shape the future of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program and requires a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management technologies and tools, including Authentication and Access techniques. This person will have a focus on RACF/mainframe security. Including helping drive the IAM RACF strategy for integration with Active Directory and SailPoint IIQ and/or Vanguard, in addition to tactical support of RACF day to day operational support. Responsibilities may also include design, impact analysis, and creating work effort estimates for new features and fixes. Works under general supervision on IAM projects and is able troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, with a focus on system improvement and automation.

  • Handles moderately complex issues independently

  • Partners with staff on complex issues.

  • Has a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management technologies and tools, including Authentication and Access techniques

  • Possesses solid working knowledge of engineering best practices.

  • Analyzing, designing, developing, deploying and supporting software solutions, and/or infrastructure implementations/upgrades.

  • Solid understanding of RACF/mainframe platform technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information systems or equivalent work experience in the IT field

  • 0-2 years of professional experience required

  • Experience in one of the following domains: RACF/Mainframe, Vanguard, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, SailPoint IIQ, Privileged Access, SSO/Federation, Access Certification

  • Ability to explain technical solutions to technical teams and non-technical teams.

  • Strong documentation, testing and automation skills.

  • Competency with one or more scripting/programming languages such as REXX, Python, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, Go, PowerShell, Bash, C#, C/C++, etc.
