The Associate Director of Employee Education is responsible for the development and direction of the education and training programs for Customer Trust and Experience. This role will help improve the productivity and service delivery of the Customer Experience, Fraud/Disputes, and Authentication teams. You will assess department-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees and leaders. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Customer Trust and Experience. In this role you will:

    • Direct and support the CX Training Manager
    • Conduct annual training and development needs assessment
    • Develop training and development programs and objectives
    • Obtain and /or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
    • Train and coache managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts
    • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
    • Recommend potential third party vendors that provide tools to help improve the training experience including potential knowledge base and LMS (Learning Management System) platforms
    • Assist in creating and maintaining training courses in LMS
    • Ensure alignment on priorities and strategic direction by partnering with other business units and leaders
    • Be flexible to manage other assignments as they arise.
We are looking for:
    • 5+ years of Training experience, ideally at one or more organizations that have 2-sided marketplace structures
    • Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization and implementation of LMS software
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
    • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
    • Ability to design and implement effective training and development
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    • Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs
    • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred.
