The Associate Director, Partnership Development will develop and oversee the overall global strategy and investment tactics across digital, programmatic, data, and tech-driven partners at scale. The role will report to the VP, Partnership Development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the exploration, development, and stewardship of global media, data, and tech partnerships
  • Oversee the go-to-market strategy and development of partnership framework and priorities
  • Lead as well as assist VPs in deal negotiations
  • Develop accountability framework to track progression of partnership goals
  • Lead contract review with Legal teams
  • Manage development of communication materials for AOR's/SBU's
  • Maintain and grow key partner relationships
  • Develop thought leadership/POVs
  • Support and facilitate all Kinesso and IPG new business, revenue and industry initiatives
  • Support and collaborate with all IPG AOR's/SBU’s for maximum effectiveness
  • Develop the staff through performance management and giving consistent feedback, while helping them work toward their professional goals
  • Promote an open working environment where opinions, views and ideas can be shared
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience related to digital
  • 2+ years managing mid-large staff
  • Excellent quantitative skills
  • Ability to interpret analyze data to inform go-to-market strategies
  • Strong marketplace relationships with senior sales people at major media companies
  • Creative approach to defining deal terms
  • High level of comfort presenting to AOR's/SBU's and internal team members
  • Proven track record with partner relations and growing existing business
