Associate Digital Marketing Manager Details

Job Brief:

Aisle3 is one of the leading Amazon Advertising agencies We spend our days working with clients to help them scale their presence and sales on Amazon and are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team.

You will be working on client work within the following Amazon platforms.

  • Amazon Seller Central
  • Amazon Vendor Central
  • Amazon Advertising Console (Previously AMS)
  • Amazon DSP


Responsibilities:

  • Creation, optimization, and execution of digital content on Amazon, including, but not limited to A+ Content, product descriptions, listing images, and keywords.
  • Development and execution of promotional calendar and pricing strategies for Amazon, including invoice pricing, promotional pricing, and submissions for Best Deals, Lightning Deals, and Deals of the Day.
  • Creation of advertising campaigns and optimizations (ie. keyword research, listing SEO competitor research and analysis).
  • Development of strategic plans of action and follow through with clients.
  • Preparation of weekly and quarterly client reports and presentations of those reports to clients.
  • Communicating with clients for approvals, insights, and strategy.
  • Setup of client meetings and leading the conversation with clients on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Development of project timelines and ensuring that those timelines are being met.
  • Analyzation of large data sets and development of custom models/algorithms to uncover trends, patterns, and insights into customer business data.
  • Evaluate and improve on current practices, automate common processes, and taking the initiative to improve current business.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure all initiatives are being completed to spec.


Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Expert in Excel
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A multi-tasker who proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team with a can-do and follow-through attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience or immense interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, CPG, content marketing, and data analytics.
  • Basic understanding of gross margins, adjusted gross margins, RoAS, CTR, RO etc.
  • Experience working directly with Amazon or in Vendor or Seller Central a strong PLUS.
