Job Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex cell site lease agreements (tower, rooftop, small cell, pole attachment, DAS, etc.), construction and deployment agreements, zoning and permitting issues and services agreements.
- Counseling DISH Wireless on various legal issues.
- Working closely with DISH’s business team to accomplish DISH’s goals and strategic objectives.
- Assisting with other responsibilities as needed.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
A successful applicant will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial and real estate agreements with a large national or regional law firm or leading corporation.
- 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating wireless real estate agreements preferred.
- Excellent communication, project management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
- A passion for both the in-house practice of law and the wireless industry.
- Energy, resourcefulness and a demonstrated desire to achieve.
Salary Range
Compensation: $100,000.00/Year - $150,000.00/Year
