Role Description

Citi Learning works to drive business performance by connecting employees with relevant and innovative learning experiences when and where they need them. The Global Risk Learning & Development (Global Risk L&D) team is responsible for risk training for both Independent Risk Management and Business audiences globally. Global Risk L&D also manages the learning strategy overall for the Global Risk Management Organization. The Global Risk L&D team holds ~300 instructor classes annually to global audiences and develops self-paced online risk training programs delivered firm-wide. Over 200,000 participants participate in Risk L&D’s programs annually across the globe.

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in executing Wholesale Credit Risk classes held globally. The Senior Analyst will be in charge of managing the logistics surrounding the global Wholesale Credit curriculum including: scheduling venues & vendors globally, building classes in the learning management system, coordinating onsite support for in person classes held across the globe, providing onsite support for NYC area classes, coordinating support for virtual instructor-led classes, ensuring delivery of materials globally, leading calls with vendors on logistics, sending invites to participants globally, answering inquiries from participants, collecting evaluations from facilitators, and closing class rosters in Citi’s learning management system. The Senior Analyst will also oversee pre-program and post program learning experiences, including hosting of pre-program webinars and introducing facilitators on behalf of Global Risk L&D. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in executing Wholesale Credit programs in a centralized and consistent, seamless approach for a high-quality learner experience from course registration to receipt of invitation to request for feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage execution of Wholesale Credit Risk training globally in close coordination the Senior Learning Advisor for Wholesale Credit and Risk L&D Operations team.
  • Schedule venues and facilitators for all Wholesale Credit Risk programs globally.
  • Create/Build Wholesale Credit Risk classes in the learning management system.
  • Solicit nominations as needed, monitor registrations in upcoming classes, ensuring participants meet eligibility criteria, and escalating on any low enrollment classes to the Senior Learning Advisor for Wholesale Credit.
  • Engage with Senior Risk and Business leaders for guest speaking arrangements.
  • Coordinate onsite support for classes held across the globe and provide onsite support for multi-week programs held in the NYC area.
  • Order and ensure delivery of materials globally for all programs – electronically or to onsite locations.
  • Organize and independently lead calls with external vendors on logistics details.
  • Answer inquiries from learners directly on logistics related items and field/escalate participant concerns as appropriate to the respective Learning Advisor.
  • Solicit and collect evaluations on programs, maintain centralized reporting on quality and effectiveness of all programs, and analyze data for improvements needed.
  • Close class rosters in the learning management system.
  • Host / coordinate any pre-program webinars and virtual learning experiences.
  • Manage and coordinate any post program learning experiences.
  • Prepare analytics as necessary for scheduling and planning purposes.
  • Provide status reporting on classes held, status of scheduling, and any changes to key sponsors/stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education/Learning, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years professional work experience in Business Administration, Learning and Development, Project Management, Organizational Development or related field.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems.
  • Moderate to high level proficiency in SharePoint design and development; knowledge of Tableau a plus
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, project management tools.
