Searching for an assistant to the owner of Excel Funding Real Estate Services. Excel Funding Real Estate Services, Inc. is a one-stop shop for Real Estate and Financing. With over 20 years of experience, we have helped thousands of people to buy their dream homes! We also offer our clients a variety of services from Real Estate purchasing/sales, refinance, reverse mortgage, hard money, private money, land/construction money, luxury/jumbo money, short sales, foreclosure, and auction. We do it all! This is an amazing opportunity to get hands-on with a variety of projects in a fast paced environment with a South Bay Real Estate veteran. Real Estate has been deemed an essential service and we are capable of maintaining social distancing while in our office! Responsibilities/Duties: -Provide support to manage marketing initiatives from development to execution. Demonstrate ability to think creatively and provide solid rationale for recommendations. - Implement assigned projects within time constraints. - Data input and management for all related Real Estate and loans. - Work with outside vendors/colleagues such as other offices, industry professionals, graphic designers, and print shops. - Exceptional communication skills with clients and in general day to day activities. - Maintain an easy workflow - Develop and manage all listing & loan packages, both physical and digital. - General office organization and workflow - Assist with administrative and real estate related office work such as answering phones, setting up appointments, attending photo shoots, hold open house events, organize open house signs, adding and editing new listings on various real estate sites, preparing homes for sale. - Manage inventory and re-ordering of promotional items and collateral. - Assist to plan and execute corporate events. - Provide up-to date information for our: newsletter, property postcards and brochures, corporate website, social media, campaign content, collateral and manuals. -Maintain schedules, deadlines and project status for each transaction/listing - Assist the owner as needed - Other duties as assigned Professional Experience/ Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Real Estate license a plus but not mandatory. Compensation to be discussed with qualified applicants. Depends on experience.
