Merchandise Lead in partnership with the Store Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES Signature Signature
Ensure all teammates are trained on new product launches and floor sets
Floor Sets, Visual Standards, and Merchandising
Ensure all floor sets, business updates, window changes and promotional updates are completed in accordance with sign off dates to include photographs of the set sent to the district manager
Partner with Talent Manager to ensure the floor set schedule is effective
Plan and map each floor set, refresh and window updates to be approved by
Store Manager
Ensure the store lighting is set to standard
Train new teammates on UA visual standards by utilizing the Standards Guide and Visual Evaluation Tool
Communicate weekly, all visual changes, updates and adjustments made with entire management team
Train and oversee teammates that execute visual merchandising and floor sets
Communicate all product needs to Store Manager after reviewing out of stock reporting utilizing email and daily business planner
Conduct a weekly walk through with the Store Manager and Operations
Manager to discuss remerchandising needs based on sell through, successes and opportunities
Partner with stock team on replenishment needs and communicate any late items and/or out of stock items
Marketing and Props
Ensure all marketing and fixture needs are communicated to the District
Manager using the sign kit spreadsheet
Ensure all new marketing is checked in, organized, and stored to standard
Ensure all props are organized to standard in the stockroom
Ensure all display and mannequin footwear are labeled properly and organized to standard
Ensure flawless execution of all promotional marketing and markdowns in accordance with signage direction and markdown procedures detailed in the
Weekly Business Update
Sign off on initial set and maintain all marketing including initial promotion sets through floor sets, promotional updates
Ensure stockroom markdowns are being executed weekly in the stockroom and on new merchandise receipts
Leadership
Train the Merchandise Lead on all aspects of UA Brand standards
Perform daily walkthrough with Merchandise Lead to identify opportunities and establish a game plan for replenishment
Coach the Merchandise Lead to ensure full execution of floorsets, business updates, marketing, and markdowns
Conduct regular touch bases with Merchandise Lead to provide feedback on their performance and leadership
