Do you possess a minimum of 3 years retail Assistant Manager experience?

Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the General Manager with operational excellence, customer experience, hiring, talent development, employee management and engagement.
This role assists the General Manager in all aspects of merchandising and inventory replenishment.
In this position you are responsible for helping to manage payroll and store profitability.
Assistant Managers assist the General Manager with store planning, scheduling and task prioritization.
As a store leader you are tasked with fostering a customer focused culture to exceed our customer’s expectations.
Our Assistant Managers recruit, hire, coach, train and develop employees that do what’s right for both internal and external customers.
Assistant Managers are responsible for helping create an environment that promotes associate engagement and retention.
This role is critical in executing our company purpose, making it easy to create unforgettable memories for our customers and associates!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Assistant Managers are responsible for making sure the store is always customer ready.
The replenishment process will require you to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs daily.
Cleaning, store recovery, setting plan-o-grams and endcap maintenance is required.
Climbing ladders is required to re-stock and obtain merchandise for our customers.
Ringing transactions on a register is required.
Utilization of our helium system to fulfill customer orders is required.
