The Assistant Restaurant Shift Manager is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager and Shift Manager with daily front of the house operations in the restaurant including deli and banquet services for the casino. Duties include assisting other employees as needed and effectively communicates any concerns or issues regarding staff, operations or equipment issues to the Restaurant Manager. Assists with Beverage department operations during the absence of the beverage managers. Carries out all duties as assigned by the Restaurant manager while assisting as needed. Performs additional job related duties as assigned by the department manager while providing superior guest service to patrons of the casino. Experience & Requirements: Physical Requirements: Additional Requirements: Must be able to obtain a Class IIIA gaming license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
