Assistant Property Manager Details

Downtown management company is looking for an assistant property manager to help maintain the level of communication and service as the company grows. This person would be responsible for answering phones, scheduling, and responding to inquiries. Ideally, this person would be well-organized, punctual, good at following directions, and have an exceptional phone personality with excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask are a must. Previous experience and license in either real estate or property management is preferred. Background and Credit checks will be required

Daily tasks will include lead follow up, scheduling, email communications, data input, filling, and property showings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Buildium: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • computer: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Real Estate/Property Management License (Preferred)
