Elite Construction Company is hiring a Assistant Project/ Office Manager to assist with our many jobs in the area. The postion is temporary to cover our Office Manager during time off, it will be a three week job working Monday thru Wednesday. Assists with Project Management of large-scale construction projects Must be proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Job Requirements: Bookkeeping is an essential requirement and proficiency with Quickbooks Online Program Is critical. You will be responsible for invoicing, generating billing statements, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciling. Experience in the Construction Industry would be ideal. Qualified applicants will have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.
