A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT PROJECT COORDINATOR

As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you provide valuable support to the team as you help manage workflow between departments. You are a dependable worker who is eager to help your team and develop your own skills. Collaborating with project managers and coordinators, you help coordinate our projects through multiple stages and departments including design, estimating, engineering, and production.

In the beginning phases, you assist with processing sales orders, estimating, and gathering drawings as well as attend pre-production meetings. As projects progress, you prepare detailed files and maintain up-to-date records about the work's status. You develop positive working relationships with our clients and ensure their satisfaction by actively communicating with them throughout the project and sending important documents as needed. You take great pride in helping our company complete projects more efficiently and productively!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT PROJECT COORDINATOR

  • Experience in a management role
  • Ability to learn a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system

Experience with reading blueprints would be a bonus. Do you work well both independently and with a team? Are you extremely organized and detail-oriented? WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ASSISTANT PROJECT COORDINATOR

This position typically works Monday - Friday either from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
