What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Create and populate teams and individuals productivity trackers
  • Maintain teams master tracker
  • Track teams corrections from copy editing team
  • Complete department payroll via Namely
  • Track team's attendance and scheduling
  • Maintain positive team culture
  • Attend all merchandising and authentication meetings
    • Communicate merchandising and authentication initiatives and strategies to copywriting team and managers
    • Send out meeting minutes
  • Assist with communicating necessary disciplinary measures
  • Key point of contact for Namely
    • Track attendance policy
    • Review and approve PTO/VTO/UTO requests
    • Approve time cards & submit payroll
    • Oversee timecard adjustments
  • Update and maintain team calendar
    • Assist with birthday and anniversary announcements in huddle
  • Ensure copy editing corrections doc is cleared out within 48 hour SLA
  • Send out meeting minutes after management, lead and team meetings
  • Email individual correction and return rate emails
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Maintain and produce positive influences on team culture
  • Facilitate SNAPs on a weekly basis
  • Build monthly individual trackers
    • Oversee bi-weekly production accountabilities
  • Populate all copy editing corrections into correction tracker
    • Oversee monthly correction accountabilities
  • Oversee master employee logs
  • Some holidays and weekends may be required
  • Early & late hours required
