Sea Level Oyster Bar in Salem Ma is looking for a AGM to join our team.

We are located on the water in Salem's historic pickering wharf over looking the harbor, 2 floor restaurant with an incredible view from our second floor inside outside bar and deck with a full raw bar on the first floor with garage doors that open up to water. We are a seafood in the rough concept that brings fun and playful ideas to our food and cocktails on the bar with 20 beers on tap changing daily.

Description

Assists the general manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Is directly accountable for the supervision and management of the bar operations, host, servers front of the house staff. Maintains the highest quality of beverage and service standards, cleanliness, sanitation and safety. In the absence of the general manager, oversees and coordinates the activities concerning all front-of-the-house operations.

The manager should possess the following qualities:

Full understanding of the P&L

Leadership presence and involvement in shift management

Models hospitality and delivers service excellence
Professional image and demeanor
Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results

Requirements
3-4 years leadership in preferably fine dining or similar volume, full-service chain or corporate environment
Ability to work on feet for at least 8 hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
