PRINCIPLE DUTIES

• Support Administrative and Management tasks.
• Provide oversight of O&M Team metrics.
• Manage Facilities team in Chief Engineers absence.
• Coordinate with Internal and external clients and vendors.
• Coordination of preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide mentoring and training to Facilities Team.

Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas

• HVAC.
• General Maintenance.
• Plumbing.
• Compressed air systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead others.
