Establishes, cultivates and maintains relationships with specific industry and alumni contacts in an effort to provide students with high quality networking, engagement and career-exploration opportunities which will enhance their educational experience. * Description of Key Responsibility: Assists the Executive Director in short- and long-range departmental planning initiatives and resource allocation. Actively supports the identification and implementation of policy and/or procedural changes designed to continuously improve departmental operations. Assists in the oversight of departmental budgets, ensuring prudent fiscal management and oversight at all times. Description of Key Responsibility: Collaborates effectively with peers in the Career Studio in an effort to assist in employer relations initiatives, career fairs, affinity programming, and events, as necessary and/or appropriate. Description of Key Responsibility: Develops and delivers career development workshops and programs which include, but are not limited to, self-assessment, occupational choice and planning post-graduation outcomes, including both relevant online content as well as printed materials.
