Westover School is an all-girls' boarding and day school, grades 9-12 where smart, motivated girls become confident, connected women. Westover School is looking for an enthusiastic, and dedicated assistant cross country coach for the 2021 fall season which begins at the end of August and extends through mid-November.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Ideal candidates will have experience coaching at the high school or college level and/or a successful personal background in running.
• Duties include supporting the runners and head coach at practices and games, and maintaining a fun and welcoming environment.
• Assume responsibility for safely and effectively coaching and traveling with Westover School cross country runners.
• Pass background check and other references, as needed.
• Practices will take place 3-5 days a week in the afternoons, and races are scheduled for Saturday afternoons as well as the odd Wednesday.
