Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager, Skokie Hospital - (75122)

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Asst. Clinical Nurse Manager - Operating Room
  • Location: Skokie Hospital
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full time
  • Hours: Days with varied hours and rotation to cover weekend hours
  • Required Travel: To other sites as need.

  • What you will need:
  • License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline preferred
  • Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant clinical setting required. Previous management experience preferred
  • Skills: N/A

  • Hold 24/7 accountability and responsibility for the professional nursing practice, professional development, performance improvement initiatives, and fiscal management for an assigned clinical unit
  • Adhere to all regulatory compliance bodies
  • Create a departmental environment that promotes customer loyalty for patients, families, physicians, and employees.
  • Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
