Todo Verde has taken over the Ford's food and beverage department! We are a POC owned plant based food concept with the mission to inspire others to eat and live healthier through their taste buds with our delicious Mexican plant based dishes. Todo Verde's Sous Chef @ the Ford reports directly to the chef/kitchen manager. Together they work on creating par levels, breaking down recipes, sourcing produce and other vendors, controlling food cost, catering specifics and operations, and upholding Todo Verde's standards in the kitchen. Attention to detail, passion for your work, overall cleanliness, and a team mentality are important qualities for this role. Position is part time for the time being (25-35hrs a week depending on individual's desire to work), with opportunity to increase and grow with the company.
