JOB SUMMARY

The Data Entry Clerk assists with the Accounting Departments with data entry functions and administrative support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create spreadsheets for analyzing purposes and run system generated reports.
• Enter and review timecards.
• Review, interpret for accuracy, and maintain automated system reports.
• Review and enter accounts payable invoices.
• Answer basic payroll and accounts payable questions from employees, agencies, and financial institutions as required.
• Maintain Accounting Department files and records.
• Assist with general accounting tasks, including month-end close and ad hoc projects.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of related Administrative or Finance experience.
• Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Products and related software at an intermediate level.

Preferred

• Experiencing using ViewPoint.
• Payroll or Accounts Payable experience.
