The role is to handle the different content and creative production operations that need to take place to launch projects of Arts & Culture. You’ll be involved in developing a pipeline and handle projects that explore the possibilities between art and technology, collaborating with cultural organizations, artists, developers, creative coders and social storytellers in the region.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and scope creative and content projects at the intersection of art technology and storytelling.
• Drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, leading collaborators, and evolving plans as required.
• Liaise with external cultural organizations and onboard them onto Arts & Culture.
• Train cultural partners how to effectively use Google Arts & Culture tools.
• Interact with and coordinate local cross-functional teams within Google and external work streams with artists, cultural institutions, external developers etc.
• Ongoing communication of project status to the local cross-functional team and the global Arts & Culture team.

Minimum qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in handling complex and technically-challenging projects
• Good written and spoken language skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Interested in arts and culture with the ability to talk with creatives, social storytellers, and museum staff in a language that resonates with them.
• Able to break through when you don't hear back from project partners and make something happen.
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
