The ideal candidate is dependable, hard-working, flexible, and is willing to take the initiative to learn the job. You will be working outside and must have the ability to lift at least 100 pounds. Experience is not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.

• Maintain a productive, fun, and safe approach to physical work.
• Solid work ethic, unquestionable integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend throughout the entire shift.
• Use a sod-cutting machine, shovels, wheelbarrows, and rakes, lift and install artificial turf.
• Machinery experience is a plus with Bobcat, Dingo, Sod Cutter, Plate Compactor, Dump Trailers, and light power tools.

Full-time position. Some overtime. No weekend work. $17.00-$19.00 per/hour DOE.
Eight (8) paid holidays a year. Travel/Prevailing Wage Pay, Vacation. Some work & safety clothing is provided.Hours will fluctuate based on demand, weather, and schedules. Some overnight travel will be required (of course we pick up the tab on hotel, meals, etc.).
Employee Review after 90-days. Personal work gear will be provided upon a positive review. Annual Reviews will coincide with the employee hire date.
