Overview:LMI is seeking a skilled Army Plans and Technical Services Task Lead to serve at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The successful Army Plans and Technical Services Task Lead will demonstrate proficiency in support services for the oversight, development, and management of the integration of the Army Enterprise Network (AEN) domain programs at the Army headquarters level. The Army Plans and Technical Services Task Lead will provide support services for Strategic planning and strategy development, Army Enterprise Network Council (AENC) governance management, Enterprise Information Environment Mission Area (EIEMA) and cross-mission area process integration (Portfolio Management (PfM)), strategy and performance management. In addition, the Task Lead will possess competency in task execution, leadership, critical thinking, relationship management, and business growth while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior. Business casual dress, flex time, and tuition reimbursement are a few of our many work-life benefits available to our employees.Responsibilities:- Develop Cross-domain integration to include use of analyses, metrics and measures, performance management and assessment, Mission Area Analysis and Army Portfolio Management System;
- Provide a wide range of analytical services to develop documentation, conduct studies, and translate complex and technical information into easily understood, useable, and relevant information for executive/senior decision makers and strategic planners;
- Serve as SME to Commands, CIO, G-6, Domain Managers, and Mission Areas for existing, planned, and other technological initiatives ensuring staff actions are disseminated, tracked, coordinated and available;
- Support implementation of capability sets, establishment of initiatives, oversight of IT requirements determination and evaluation, development of Army wide strategies, and execution of Army processes required to bring conceptual and future technologies to realization;
- Track/identify critical timelines and key decision points for initiatives through the formulation of management tools;
- Support Army processes for identification of requirements, developing capabilities, leveraging existing technologies and/or programs, and developing required documentation needed for Army-wide initiatives.
- Assist with the integration of activities associated with G-3/5/7 Execution Order (EXORD), All Army Activities (ALARACT), IT Portfolio domains and the IT portfolio Mission Areas (MA), Network Capacity, Network Operations and Security, and Enterprise Services;
- Provide support for the planning, policy, technical, analytical, and management services related to the development, implementation oversight, and management of the Army Enterprise Network Council (AENC) and IT Governance initiatives;
- Assist with Army Portfolio Management (PfM) to include the development of metrics, policy, oversight, and guidance of initiatives such as services by performing a professional and technical role that applies performance management principles and technologies;
Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS- At least 5 years of experience leading and managing teams of at least 5 people.
- At least 5 years of experience with Army Information Technology plans and strategies
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Active Secret Clearance
