Our Inside Sales Center Team is growing, and we are looking for Call Center Agents to join our team! Now offering up to $5,600 in incentives for new Agents in 2022 - including an up to $1,600 New Hire Bonus plus up to $4,000 in Profit Sharing! Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire Call Center Sales Agents who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace call center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors. A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool. This role requires training in person in our Stillwater office for a minimum of 6 weeks. Pay: From $15.00 per hour (64% base pay / 36% incentive)
On average, our Agents make $20/hr with base pay + commission.
Beginning December 4, 2021 all new hires will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their first day of work at Andersen.
