Battelle is seeing an Application Support Specialist II. The position is located in Columbus, OH. Under general supervision, trouble-shoots, tests, defines requirements, analyzes, designs, and/or implements moderately complex computer-based information systems for Battelle business/management functions. This Application Support Specialist is primarily responsible for handling Tier 2 support requests related to customer issues with Enterprise Software like Deltek Costpoint. Using his/her knowledge of the application, as well as outstanding customer service skills, this professional provides escalated support via phone, chat, and email for Application Support.
