Job Description Provide excellent attention to detail with auditing high volume account payable transactions while focusing on the highest level of customer service provided to campus and ensuring policy compliance matters. Manage daily transaction runs and multiple transmissions (Check, ACH, EFT, Single Use) to the University’s bank.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the daily check run and banking process. Daily pay cycle involves preparing payment files, running reports for ACH, Check, EFT and Single Use Accounts and transmitting electronic files to bank.
Responsible for managing the daily Same and Next Day ACH process. Involves Human Resources, Risk Management and Sales Tax payments setup in JP Morgan Chase Access System for Associate Comptroller to review and payment release in system upon receipt of appropriate approvals.
Oversee current credit card files and document workflow and encourage timely submission of reports from departments.
