Our work each day advances us toward our desired Future State: A focused, flexible, and fast HR organization delivering employee-centric solutions in support of Wells Fargo’s priorities. #HUMANRESOURCEJOBS As a Strategic Analytic Consultant within People Analytics, you will operate as a Human Capital Consultant supporting an HR Center of Excellence. You will create an analytic roadmap to support the HR Center of Excellence, identifying and writing user stories, prioritizing work and managing a backlog. You will develop analytics strategies that are customer-centric, using data to solve business problems, answer questions, guide decisions, and improve the effectiveness of HR teams in supporting employees. Working cross-functionally, you will build consensus to implement your strategies and solutions in iterative and incremental ways. You will work with stakeholders to translate business problems into analytic questions for development partners; and to translate data and complex analytic-derived insights into easy to understand actions for business stakeholders. You will draw insights from across our advanced analytics, research, monitoring and reporting services to deliver insights that are rich in data storytelling, and drive clients to take action. You will work to drive data literacy within the HR Center of Excellence, encouraging stakeholders to integrate data and analytics into day-to-day business operations, using data to make informed decisions. Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling demonstrated through work or military experience; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling
