SFDC Einstein and/or AWS stack experience will be used to implement software programming for support tools and systems (both internal and external) with the focus on surpassing customer expectations by achieving high quality, ease of use and on time delivery. These tools are critical to delivering the highest quality support product to our customers directly and indirectly by providing our internal GCSS team the capabilities to efficiently and effectively perform their jobs contributing to the overall success of the customer and the team. Ability to understand complex products, solutions, and problems. Build, document, and execute software designs which may involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas. Acts as Technical Lead of one or more projects within one area of a product. Provides recommendations to the technical direction for one area of a product. Able to solve complex technical problems. Provide specialized expertise within multiple systems, software fields, as well as general knowledge of related fields, applications implications, and customer areas. Work with minimal supervision on complex projects with wide latitude for independent judgment.
