Job Purpose:Provide an excellent customer service experience to WFG National Title Insurance Company customers, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for ongoing maintenance items, including but not limited to, address changes, agent terminations, new user set up, password resets and insurance updates.
Essential Job Functions:- Continually monitor the Agency Support queue to assign and work customer service tickets.
- Provide customer service support via email or phone to both internal and external customers.
- Perform data entry into the Agency Management System.
- Correspond with Agency Representatives and/or Regional Agency Administration staff for issue resolution on missing or invalid data.
- Update SharePoint with Agency Contracts, Amendments, and Addendums as needed.
- Perform CPL verifications as needed. Refer individuals to the WFG CPL Validation website.
- Collaborate with Agency Support Specialist Lead or Agency Administration Manager on all aspects of customer support issues or concerns.
- Assist customers with final title policy (FTP) requests, obtaining policy copies and policy change or update requests, referring to Agency or Direct Operations as needed.
- Engage in WFG company culture that emphasizes engagement in our 4 Cs, quality of work and high performance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to create forms to be used for applications that include the integration of tables and adding protection and encryption to forms and documents.
- Experience modifying and converting Word documents into PDF forms.
- Demonstrated ability utilizing macros for creating dynamic documents and applying form fields and functionality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, partners and customers both verbally and in writing.
- Self-organizing and ability to remain motivated.
- Adaptability to learn quickly, multi-task, and retain information specific to the business domain.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- At least two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination or education and experience.
- Must successfully pass a criminal history background check.
Preferred Qualifications:- College degree in business, finance or related field.
- Knowledge of title, escrow, and/or real estate services.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements/ADA:No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility. Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present; travel or other inconveniences have advance notice; involves occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than immediate supervisor. Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands. Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 lbs. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time positions are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, additional hours may be required depending on business need. Part-time positions may be considered.
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
