The Gastroenterology South Division of The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Credentialed Medical Assistant to join our clinics located in Newberg & Tualatin. Employees will train at the Oregon City office. This is a phone heavy position, requiring daily phone queue assignments, Rx refills, prior authorizations, DAC calls, and other duties as assigned. We are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and patient-focused work ethic. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous medical assistant experience. Candidates must have the ability to multitask and be able to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced office. Starting pay range, based on experience: $18.20 – $22.75 per hour. Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees. PLUS a $500 hiring bonus to be awarded following 3 months in good standing! An additional $500 will be awarded at 6 months if candidate continues in good standing! Must be credentialed at the time of hire.
