We are currently seeking an Admitting Representative to join our Business Office.
The Admitting Representative/Patient Access Representative will ensure the quality of patient registrations to the hospital by obtaining thorough and accurate information in a timely and efficient manner
This position also requires interacting with ancillary departments and staff to ensure quality care for all patients
Serves as a patient resource in matters concerning financial/payment arrangements and will discuss financial matters for up-front collections or payment arrangements if necessary

Nights 6p-6a, Rotating days/weekends

• Qualifications: *

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Computer literate with excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Flexibility
• Ability to adjust with patient flow
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Previous medical experience preferred
