Nursing Home Administrator in Training - AIT

A proud member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently seeking a Nursing Home Administrator in Training for an internship at our facility, located in Indianapolis, IN.

The position of Nursing Home Administrator in Training / AIT will assist the Executive Director in providing leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes.

The ideal candidates for the Nursing Home Administrator in Training position will have a desire to assume the key leadership roles of Executive Directors. This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college. Candidate must be enrolled in or have completed an AIT program. Strong management and operation skills, strong math and budgetary skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
