About this role:

KDC is looking for an experienced Administrator Assistant/Office Manager to provide administrative support to KDC’s Board of Directors, Leadership Team and the program and administrative teams working from the Foxboro Office.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Be the lead administrator coordinator for KDC’s Board of Directors, including managing committee meeting schedules, meeting minutes, terms, rosters, and contact listings. You will manage all committee packets, maintain attendances, votes, approvals, recordkeeping and supporting files.

  • Be the administrator coordinator for KDC’s CEO and Leadership Team, including managing executive calendars, coordinating schedules, manage the Teams credit card and mileage submissions, maintain the agency’s organizational charts, and manage annual memberships.

  • Be the lead for KDC in keeping our external and internal websites current with program, team, and site information.

  • Maintain the agency’s purchasing program for all office, kitchen, housekeeping, and program supplies. In addition, you will purchase, maintain, and coordinate agency distribution of personal protective equipment.

  • Be the office manager for the Foxboro office, including managing KDC’s main phone line, incoming and outgoing mail, emergency contacts, and general overall office culture.

We are looking for people who:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience of executive support

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple requests and projects simultaneously

  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite

  • High school diploma or equivalent, advanced degree preferred

  • Proficient in typing 65 words per minute

The physical requirements for this role are:

  • Ability to sit for an extended period

  • Extensive computer and screen use required

  • Majority in office position

  • Criminal Offender Record information (CORI) check

  • Driving Record check

The interview process for this role includes:

  • a brief phone screen with a Talent Acquisition Team member.

  • a phone interview with the CEO;

  • 2-3 team interviews with the Leadership Team
