- 1st SHIFT 8a - 5p Monday - Friday
- Contact FEDEX for tracking issues and resolution; open and track FEDEX cases
- Track issues in an EXCEL spreadsheet for follow up and follow-through
- Process payments for credit cards and respond back by email to the customer
- Order entry for sales orders for an add-on, upgrade and exchange sales
- Document policies
- Answer customer calls
- Respond to customer emails about completed work and followup cases.
- Work to schedule appointments with 3rd party vendors for customer accounts
- Other tasks as assigned
- Training at company location ( Plantation, Florida ) 3 week Training.
