We are seeking a Clerical & Administrative Specialist for Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, CA
. This position will work closely with the administrative team to provide support to the location’s internal and external customers. The successful candidate will have professional communication skills, computer proficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

As a Clerical & Administrative Specialist, you will:

  • Perform quality control reviews on all contracts, forms and documentation
  • Image an post contracts in our account management system
  • Order merchandise as needed to fulfill contracts
  • Process various reports
  • Maintain account information and ensure all accounts are kept current
  • Update files and ensure all records are kept current
  • Complete required permits/certificates
  • Prepare printed materials for services
  • Answer incoming calls and greet guests
When service matters most, you will be there to make sure everything is carried out flawlessly.Requirements and Qualifications:

Successful candidates will bring the following skillsets and attributes to the role:

  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to learn new software and conduct new tasks
  • Professional communication and organizational skills
