Overview: Provides clerical and data support for Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Clinical Unit Leaders, and Clinical Shift Managers related to daily operations which may include human resource coordination, scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, educational services, and office administration. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Ability to analyze data and problem solve.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma required . Associates Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum two years’ experience in a multi-tasking customer services environment required. Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Additional Skills Required: Demonstrates proficiency with word processing, excel spreadsheet skills. PowerPoint and other Microsoft office applications. Must be detailed oriented. Ability to analyze and problem solve. Must be able to secure and maintains private and confidential information. Excels in customer service standards. Advanced computer skills.
