Job Title: Administrative Coordinator Division: Administration Reports To: Accounting Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt The position of Administrative Coordinator is multi-faceted. It encompasses all administrative and operational support. The Administrative Coordinator reports directly to the Accounting Manager to partner, streamline, and facilitate the basic functions and processes of the office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: · Central “go-to” person in ensuring that the basic needs of the office are met, such as sufficient office supplies, kitchen supplies, and proper operations of all office equipment · Provide administrative support to CEO, and Office Staff · Mail processing · Main communications liaison for the office · Work with Telephone Vendor to facilitate changes to our phone system · Filing maintenance: Responsible for keeping the filing current · Work with building management in areas of facilities maintenance · Create Standard Operating Procedures in a step-by-step outline for each of the processes and methods used for office operations · Research CRM to facilitate and assist chapter inquiries · Various report formatting and running · Assist CEO in the ordering of marketing materials · All other duties assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 per hour Benefits: Schedule: Work Location: Work Remotely: Work Location: One location
