The position has direct responsibility of supporting the Director, Patient Engagement, Associate Director, Revenue Cycle Operations, Managers, Supervisors and staff of the Patient Engagement Center. Manages department budget for all sub accounts and issues monthly budget report. Coordinates all ordering of supplies for 24 x 7 x 365 department. Assists in the scheduling managing leadership’s Outlook schedules as well as support of the Staff Development, Training and Quality Team. The Administrative Coordinator will interact with Patients and Stakeholders to assist in problem resolution.
