POSITION OVERVIEW Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking an Administrative Coordinator I to work in our office located Albuquerque. The Administrative Coordinator will be providing administrative assistance with our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) department of our Personal Care Services (PCS) program as well as back office administrative tasks. Make an average of 20-30 outbound calls per day to members/clients regarding inconsistent information collected in the system
Respond to inbound calls from members and attendant to answer questions and resolve issues
Answer inbound calls and route to appropriate staff
Work heavily with Service Coordinators and Program Staff to inform and educate members and caregivers
Assist with members and attendant to understand, resolve, and escalate as needed phone and application clock in and out issues
Assist member and attendant walk-ins with troubleshooting and resolving clock in and out issues
Respond to and prepare reports as needed
Assisting in back office administrative tasks such as filing, scanning to electronic files, covering front desk breaks
All other duties as assigned
Customer Service experience preferred
Word, Excel, Outlook proficient
Multi-tasking
Bilingual English/Navajo speaking required
