LOCATION AND POSITION INFORMATION:

This position is located at Bogue Chitto State Park, in Franklinton, LA. It is in a Career Progression Group to an Administrative Coordinator 3. As part of a Career Progression Group, vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as an Administrative Coordinator 1, 2, or 3 based on the qualifications of the selected applicant. Greets visitors.

Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.

Copies and/or distributes correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Receives cash, checks, credit cards, vouchers, or departmental charges from customers and/or employees in payment for goods or services.

May operate various office equipment (such as copy machine, calculator) that requires no special knowledge or previous training.

May deliver and pick-up various materials.

Performs related duties as assigned.
