Employment Type : Full-Time

+ Full-time position offered to perform administrative/clerical tasks related to the processing of Workers’ Compensation billing that includes data entry, reviewing/researching/troubleshooting case information, managing data, and interacting with various departments.

+ Full-time position offered to perform tasks involved with the insurance verification process that includes maintaining reports, obtaining and verifying insurance/billing information, reviewing/researching/troubleshooting case information via Internet and phone, and interacting with various departments on Workers’ Compensation cases.

+ Full-time position offered to perform tasks that include maintaining and covering assignments/ schedule and managing relationships with clients and vendors. Phone etiquette required.

Because of the nature of our industry, these departments are constantly evolving. We are looking for someone who is open minded to change and has the initiative and skills to restructure procedures and systems.

- Organized and able to perform in a fast paced environment.
- ADVANCED computer skills required (use of Word, Excel, online searching and willingness to learn other programs)
- Experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry a plus
- Spanish bilingual a plus

Medical benefits after 3 months. Looking for long term, dedicated employees. Our average tenure is 5 years with some as long as 15-20.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
