Ewing Buick GMC is seeking an Administrative Cashier for the Service Department. This role includes both administrative duties and typical cashier work. We are excited to hire folks from other industries, such as: hospitality (server, bartender etc.), retail, sales or customer service! No cashier or administrative experience? That's ok, we'll train the right person!

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 7-3 and every other Saturday 8-5.
• Sundays off!

Responsibilities:

• Process cash and credit card payments
• Balance daily deposits
• Book repair orders and issue purchase orders
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional way
• Assist the Managers with various clerical duties, as needed

Qualifications/experience:

• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Professional appearance and demeanor a must
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Dealership experience preferred, but not required.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus!

• Must pass drug test and criminal background check
