This is a contract part time position at a monthly pay rate. There will be the opportunity for a monthly pay rate increase, under favorable conditions, 3 to 4 months after start date. Details of this trial period will be discussed. ** Hiring contract administrative assistant with specific expertise in digital marketing/social media marketing techniques - for an art gallery and art import company. Duties are various: brand development, social media posting and managing all customer interaction and related sales activity for an Etsy store. Various other administrative duties. Assistant must be available mornings and/or early afternoons…perhaps some weekend availability. ** Candidate responsibilities include, but not exclusively: - Conduct a variety of administrative/data entry and related tasks. - Marketing and Social Media specialist who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The successful candidate will assist in the development of marketing campaigns and coordinate marketing strategy implementation. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and posting social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between customers and the company. The candidate will report directly to the owner and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs and social media communication. - Photograph inventory for sale and style, edit photos for posts using Adobe Photoshop and other digital photo editing software. The candidate will also assist the owner to create and manage an Etsy store and other e commerce platform stores. - Research projects.
