We are looking to employ an HR Administrator/Associate with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. The HR Administrator/Associate is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle efficient delivery of process according to policies and standards, taking ownership of the solutions (general inquiries, explanation and guidance of policies and procedures), identify service delivery issues by proposing appropriate actions to resolve and generally improve quality standards and metrics by proposing solutions.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of current status of customer queries to secure on appropriate customer service at any point in time
- Refer issues to the HR Business Partners or HR Generalist when unable to solve personally.
- Act as the first contact point for individual queries regarding to the status of current administrative tasks of defined HR processes
- Take ownership for the resolution of those queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses.
- Perform HR administrative tasks with high quality, including but not limited to data management, reporting and support of HRBP's (selection, separation, payroll, disability, compensation, time management, onboarding)
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
- Assists with processing of resignations, retirements, and terminations.
- Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and coordinate next steps with hiring manager and recruiter.
- Schedule meetings and interviews as requested.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and experience:
- High school diploma
- 4 to 6 years of related experience
- Experience using HRIS systems
Preferred
- Experience using SAP, Kronos, or SuccessFactors
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
