Connexus Hub is a professional services firm that works with Government Agencies and Fortune 500 customers. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has extensive knowledge of supporting the federal government in the Washington, DC area.

Duties:

· Responsible for communicating with various administrative management divisions (e.g., Human Resources, Management Services, etc.) in the preparation of personnel requests, training forms, time and attendance reports.

· Makes domestic and/or international arrangements for travel.

· Arrange for meetings and conferences, including gathering background materials, notifying participants.

· Establish and maintains office records, procedures, reference materials, and technical subject matter files.

· Search for, locates, assembles, and summarizes material from the files or other sources for use of the management team in solving problems, for use in meetings and conferences, in replying to requests for information, in preparation of reports, and the development, coordination and general administration of functions performed by the Department.

· Follow up on suspense items and project deadlines.

· Receive, review, and distributes incoming correspondence requiring technical consideration(s) by the supervisor and/or staff member based upon content and knowledge of program functions and staff assignments.

· Use various office automation hardware and software to prepare memoranda, letters and reports in final form or in rough draft as requested by originators.

· Provide a variety of assistance and guidance to subordinate support staff.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in related field

· 5+ years’ experience as administrative support in the human capital support capacity.

· Must have working knowledge of Federal Government human resources processes.

· 2-4 years’ experience working with classified collateral.

· Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

· Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).

· Exceptional organizational, case management, and time management skills.

· Must hold and active security clearance and must maintain the level of security required for the duration of the contract.

*Position contingent upon Government award.

Pay: $13.00 - $28.00 per hour
