What you’ll do:

  • Obtain, sort and organize sales tickets for stabilized materials and deliveries
  • Maintain up-to-date information on customers and jobs
  • Compile weekly charts of jobs for business development and sales functions
  • Keep Purchas Orders records as required for all purchases to maintain P.O. files
  • Assist Dispatchers by conveying messages and assisting customers and/or employees with questions or problems
  • Orders, stocks and maintains inventory of supplies utilized by the Office
  • Assist with daily office needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years professional administrative/receptionist experience, preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working Conditions:

  • Work in enclosed air-conditioned/heated office environment
  • Ability to sit for extended periods without breaks
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
