Administrative Assistant
Arcosa - Rosharon, TX

What you’ll do:
- Obtain, sort and organize sales tickets for stabilized materials and deliveries
- Maintain up-to-date information on customers and jobs
- Compile weekly charts of jobs for business development and sales functions
- Keep Purchas Orders records as required for all purchases to maintain P.O. files
- Assist Dispatchers by conveying messages and assisting customers and/or employees with questions or problems
- Orders, stocks and maintains inventory of supplies utilized by the Office
- Assist with daily office needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years professional administrative/receptionist experience, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working Conditions:
- Work in enclosed air-conditioned/heated office environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods without breaks
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
